Arun Jaitley sulks again

Do you remember the Jaitley-rajnath prepoll saga . Mr Jaitley the top strategist of the BJP party has boycotted parliamentary board meetings when the president Mr Rajnath singh has appointed a person who is not in the good books of Jaitley as the election in-charge for Assam . He made sure that every one in the country knew about his disatisfaction . The party's top leadership's overt reaction in the face of failure is a severe lack of political imagination . Today Jaitley boycotted the national party conference .

Jaitley's staying away from the meet was announced weeks ago.
Has he stayed away to avoid letting an opportunity to dissenters who would have certainly tried to put him in the dock.
Well that could be one of the reason . The criticism has been quite acute and 'at the face' . Arun might have faced the music had he come to the meet .
he would have been shot at!
But I do think it is unfair to target any one individual for the loss.
Complaining about rewarding bad performers also does not stand ground as such a complaint letter itself has been addressed to a person who is the top most leader despite being unable to better the prospects of the party in his home turf.
